Saved Views

Save and reuse filter configurations for quick access

Overview

Saved Views let you save filter configurations as named tabs, making it easy to switch between different perspectives of your data. Instead of manually setting filters each time, save your current filters and return to them with a single click.

How Views Work

Each object can have multiple saved views. Views appear as tabs above the record table:

  • All - Always present, shows all records with no filters
  • Custom Views - Your saved filter configurations

Clicking a view tab instantly applies its saved filters to the table.

Creating a Saved View

  1. Navigate to an object's record table
  2. Use the filter bar to set up your desired filters
  3. Click Save View
  4. Enter a name for the view (e.g., "Active Customers", "High Priority")
  5. Click Save

The new view appears as a tab and becomes the active view.
